Meet & Greet Celebrities utilizes a seven-phase process which helps us thoroughly understand our clients’ needs, identify the right celebrities, strategize the best approach, negotiate the lowest fees, confirm celebrity participation and coordinate all of the details for their involvement.
Phase 1 - Determining Your Needs for Celebrity Participation
Meet & Greet Celebrities will not accept a project unless we feel we can successfully fulfill our clients’ expectations. Before determining if we will take on a new project, we ask a series of questions to determine the client’s needs and requirements.
Phase 2 - Researching Celebrity Candidates TO FIND THE RIGHT MATCH
Meet & Greet Celebrities believes that celebrities must be a credible and authentic match for each event, project or campaign. Once we have client details and criteria we conduct extensive research to create the “ideal celebrity candidate” list.
Phase 3 - approving

Meet & Greet Celebrities makes offers only to celebrities who are approved by our clients. Clients have full control of who is approved for outreach and the amount of money that will be offered to the talent. Additional suggestions can be offered upon request.
Phase 4 - conducting celebrity outreach
During our 30+ years in business, we have developed contacts and connections with thousands of celebrities – be it directly with the celebrities themselves, their personal assistants, or the celebrities management teams.
Phase 5 - Negotiating Best Celebrity Terms
At Meet & Greet Celebrities, we are seasoned specialists and know celebrity fee ranges and motivators (beyond money). This helps us negotiate fees and terms in the best interest of our clients. We represent YOU, not celebrities.
Phase 6 - Handling Celebrity Participation
Once a celebrity has agreed to participate in a project, Meet & Greet Celebrities staff handles the celebrity coordination to ensure that both celebrities and clients are fully informed throughout every step of the process.
PHASE 7 - WRAPPING UP WITH Meet & Greet Celebrities
Once a project is completed there are still elements to be addressed. Whether it’s sending a simple thank you note or gift to a celebrity, reviewing program results, or discussing another project together. Meet & Greet Celebrities handles all of the details for a successful project.
